We have designed the perfect classes for you.
Our expert coaches will lead you through a six-week course where you will:
Learn the fundamentals of strength training
Learn how to train safely and with confidence
Train in a small group of like-minded people
Be coached by widely recognised expert trainers
The courses are progressive, this means after your first six-weeks of classes, you can continue into the next 'block' further developing your skills, knowledge and experience.
Classes run Saturdays 0830-1000
